Private Site: Advanced Content Searching

Efficiently locating content across public and workspace sites using search.

You can search for specific content directly within the editor workspace:

  • Basic Keyword Search: Type multiple words separated by a space (e.g., Students Board). The space acts as an "AND" operator, meaning the system will find documents containing both words anywhere in the text.
  • Exact Phrase Search: Enclose your search terms in quotation marks (e.g., "compliance officer") to force the system to return only exact matches for that phrase.
  • Reviewing Results: Search results are organized by section (e.g., 5000s, 6000s) to show you exactly where the terms appear. When you open a document, your search terms will be highlighted in blue.
