Private Site: Moving Policies

Moving to Drafts for Editing: To edit an existing active policy, you must first move a copy into your active workspace. Locate the policy in the Published book, click the three-dot menu (or right-click), and select "Copy to Draft".
Organizing Sections: In a Draft book, click the "Book" menu to create a "New Section" (e.g., "June Board Meeting").
Drag and Drop: You can move policies into these new sections simply by clicking and dragging them. To move multiple policies at once, hold the Shift key to select a continuous group, or the Control/Command key to select random policies, and drag them together.
Submitting to Production: Use the "Move" tool from the section menu to transfer finalized packets into the Production book. This clears them out of your Drafts space and alerts Neola that they are ready.
