Transition & Timing
- When will the transition take place? Districts will be moved to the improved tool on July 8th.
- Will there be any disruption to our current work? No. The goal is a seamless transition with no disruption to existing District workflows.
- What happens to our existing policies? Your policies will be transitioned into the new interface, where they will remain secure and searchable.

Accessing the Tool
- How do we access the new tool once it launches? On July 8th, your District will be given a link providing direct access to the new publishing experience. You can begin managing policies immediately through the new interface.
- Can the public still see our policies? Yes. Before launch, you will be given a link to your new public policy sites and instructions on how and when to incorporate it on your own websites. The tool is designed to improve accessibility for all stakeholders, ensuring the public can easily find and view District policies.
