Public Site Customization

Step 1: Access Site Customization

Step 2: Enter District Information (Details Tab)

On the first tab (Details), enter your district name into the header title field.
Input a welcome message to display below the title.
Add your desired subtitle text.
Provide a main message from the district in the body text area at the bottom.

Use the public site preview on the right side of the screen to review how your text looks

Step 3: Customize Site Colors (Colors Tab)

Click on the second tab to access color options.
Click the button for the header color and enter your preferred RGB values (e.g., 0, 45, 100) to set the primary color for the top of the site.

Step 4: Upload Imagery (Imagery Tab)

Navigate to the third tab to upload logos and images.
Logo: Upload a logo to appear in the color block of the welcome page.
Preferred Logo Format: PNG with a transparent background
Main Images: Select up to three images to upload. Ensure the file size of each image is under 4 megabytes and displays well at different croppings.
PDF Logo: Upload a separate logo. This specific logo will display at the top of all full PDFs and individual policies when printed or viewed from the site.

Step 5: Review Changes

Your changes will become visible on the public site in about one minute, giving you a short window to fix any errors.
Click the "View Public Site" button to check the placement of your text, images, policy links, and colors.
Visit the public site on different devices (phone, tablet, etc...) to see how the sites formatting changes at different screen sizes.
