Modifying Track Changes

Without following these steps, any newly added text will be permanently deleted rather than displayed with a strikethrough when a user tries to remove it.

Step 1: Highlight the Text
  • Highlight the specific text or option that you want to show as a strikeout.

Step 2: Remove Formatting
  • Click the Tx button (also known as the remove format button).

Step 3: Delete the Selected Text
  • With Track Changes still enabled press backspace or delete to remove the highlighted text, which will now correctly display as a strike-through.
